The real threat to our Republic lies in misinformation
Body

I’m going to start asking this question every time there’s a glitch in the way the US government seems to be running things.

That question: “Remind me, what does the constitution say to do?”

Of course, then you have those people who ask is the United States a republic or a corporation.

They say, do we even use the constitution anymore?

Well, we are supposed to, but if we the people do not demand it, you can bet no one else is going to force the issue for us.

And if you have no idea what I’m talking about so far, you had better get your rabbit suit on and jump down the first of many holes.

There has been much written on “republic vs. corporation” and it’s easy enough to do your own research. I will say of course this idea has been touted as myth as determined by a fact checker at factmyth.com/factoids/the-united-states-is-a-corporation.

“Despite misconceptions, the United States is not a corporation. This can be confirmed by its lack of incorporating acts, its sovereign immunity and past court cases, among other things.”

However, the last time I believed a fact checker was about the time the COVID game began.

Wait a minute, that’s not true. I haven’t believed a fact checker in – well – ever.

Of course, I did find this too: www.educatedinlaw.org/2019/02/united-states-is-a-federal-corporation-says-u-s-code-title-28, which reads, “The United States is often referred to as a corporation, particularly in legal contexts, where it is defined as a Federal corporation in U.S. law. The ‘UNITED STATES’ in all caps is used to denote this corporation, while ‘United States’ in lowercase refers to the federal government.”

I wonder what it means when your name on your social security card is in ALL CAPS. You might want to do a little digging on that one.

So, with that little tidbit, where do the political parties fit in, if at all?

Are the politicians also the heads of the corporation? Maybe businessman President Trump is in his element after all.

As for your choice of political party, does it matter? It’s two sides of the same coin anyway.

Consider if people spent less time identifying as a political party follower and more time being an American, perhaps our politicians would not have the upper hand with the leash around many American’s necks these days.

And do Executive Orders fall under the republic or the corporation?

A few EOs cranked out lately and touted as harmless could turn around and bite a few “arses.”

The two most disturbing to me are the GENIUS ACT, which does not take a genius to realize might be a bit of an issue since it is about digital currency. It is a regulatory framework for stablecoins (i.e., cryptocurrency) that is part of the U.S. dollar.

It’s touted as protecting consumers and ensuring the stability of assets, but really – is that the truth?

It seems it began with the American people finding a way for the government and its cronies on both sides of the aisle not to have their hands all over their money and their autonomy.

However, the genius in the control room said, “Americans are not smart enough to make their own choices about finances” so now poof, that idea got busted.

Are you smart enough, because if you are perhaps you need to consider what the implications could be to this EO down the road if abused.

You do know, money is what keeps people in their cageless prison – working, paying bills, etc.… and that is WHEN you have access to your money.

First digital money, then no longer holding money in your hands at all, then no longer having the right to decide when you can access your digital cash.

Think China’s digital currency/ID, do some research.

In that society, money can be taken from you, your bank account, and your life without you having any say in it.

You are a simple ID number and your life depends on it.

This is a blue and red issue folks, so stop crying about feelings and start worrying about sovereignty.

And for those still not paying attention, it was going to happen no matter who sat in the president’s seat.

The path to the means to the end was really the only difference.

Have you ever noticed that everything that’s touted as a good thing “for the people” turns out to be one more way you’ve lost control?

As an example, think the Patriot Act (do your research).

Back to the geniuses and a note that the only thing GENIUS about this act is that those in charge figured out a way to control your every move anyway – money being a real red flag.

And doing it while they have you thinking they are doing you a favor.

And here’s another one that many of the blue people are already shouting from the rooftops about as well as a surprising number of the red. It is the EO “Ending Crime and Disorder on American Streets.”

I’ll explore that more next week when I can wrap my head around it.

I suggest you read it too and determine how it’ll be interpreted for your own situations.

Again, Patriot Act, still referenced by some people as a “good idea.”

A good idea for who – the control freaks who wanted for years to get their hands on every piece of their “subjects, sheep, worker bees” better known as “we the people’s” last bit of independence.

If you honestly think all is well in the realm of the United States, I will respect that, however plot twist, my version of “all is well” is different from yours.

Every day it seems more people are really tired of political narcissism and many no longer want to judge red and blue, instead trading that in for common sense solutions. That’s where my real respect lies.

Remember in 2001 when suddenly there was the perfect enemy, an unseen enemy. The perfect time to slide in the Patriot Act, which ripped your rights from under you using the guise of national security.

It was about allowing surveillance to become legal, torture justified, and war a permanent black budget money drain on the American people.

Remember in 2008 there was what many called “the biggest con in financial history” when the banks gambled with your home, your savings, and your future.

So, what happened?

The government rewarded these failures.

Sure, anywhere else and these clowns would have been fired, instead they were given trillions of dollars for bailouts (i.e., Wall Street) while foreclosures and bankruptcy were given to the American people.

And did you notice: the middle-class landscape changed forever?

In 2020, they really tried a doozy and that ended up with thousands of dead people.

The world shut down ala COVID.

This was when the small businesses took the hit and were crushed.

And remember the pathetic amount of the stimulus checks offered, which was not even enough for families who needed a miracle that month to pay their rent and buy groceries to stretch it that far.

Since that time, money has been consolidated into fewer and fewer hands.

Are you paying attention to the billionaires buying farmland so they own your food?

COVID was not so much about health as about control and digital tracking, conditioning and compliance being used as currency.

Now 2025 is here, and fearmongering has grown at such a rate even those who stayed sane five years ago are shaking their heads.

One thing after another, diversions. It worked well in the past.

Fortunately, the American people are waking up.

Many though, do not know how to stop the runaway ego train.

And the “powers that be” still hold the keys to your cageless prisons while they continue to feed the masses reasons for outrage from left vs. right to other fear tactics to keep the masses under control including bans and cultural wars, to name a few.

Think about what side of history you will be on when it comes to refusing to play the game or better yet, just ignoring the game altogether.

For now, it’s your move!
