PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
of the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas
In accordance with Chapter211 of the Texas Local Government Code,the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas, will hold a public hearing to consider the following items:
1. In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas will hold a public hearing to consider and take action on a request initiated by Everardo Lugo for a special use permit (SUP) to allow permanent shipping container for a property located at 709 E 5 St, Ellis County, City of Ferris, Texas, 75125, ECAD ID# 163072.
The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on these requests will be held before the City Council on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Historic Scout House, located at 514 South Mable Street in Ferris, Texas 75125.
All interested in the proposed requests are invited to attend the public hearing and to provide their comments at that time.
