In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas will hold public hearings to consider a request for a variance to Section 21 (A) (4.1) (a) and (c) Supplementary Regulations, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Wilmer, in order to construct an 8-foot wood style concrete fence in the front yard for a commercial business, Core5 Industrial Partners, LLC, located at 355 W. Pleasant Run Road, Wilmer, Texas 75172, - Site K Addition Block A Lot 1, Parcel ID No. 547049400A0010000, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. V-26-05 (Variance Request).
The purpose of this request is to allow the construction of an 8-foot wood style concrete fence in the front yard of a warehouse.
The meeting will be on Thursday, September 3, at 6:30 p.m.
All persons interested in the request are invited to send or call in comments or attend the public meeting.
