In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a (Accessory Building/Structure (Commercial)) for property generally located at One Medline Drive. The subject property is further described as Parcel ID No.540151500E0010000 DCAD, Dallas County, Texas, consisting of approximately 45.66 acres and containing one (1) lot. Case No. (CP-26-001) (Conditional Use Permit)
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
