Vacek of Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, 5601 Executive Dr., Suite 400, Irving, Texas 75038, brought suit against Jesse Perez Jr, Eddie Perez, Ramona Quiterio, Maria Garcia, Shane Perez, Seath Perez, Sean Perez, Bradlee Perez, Makayla Perez, the Unknown Heirs at Law of Jackie M. Perez, and the Unknown Heirs at Law of Jesse G. Perez, deceased and any other person claiming any subordinate right, title and/or interest in 1171 Epps Rd, Palmer, Texas 75152 (“Property”), and legally described as:
