This is an In Rem action relating to a secured interest encumbering real property commonly known as 806 Woodcrest Dr, Ennis, TX 75119, and with the legal description of BEING LOT 10 IN BLOCK A, OF SLEEPY HOLLOW MANOR, UNIT 1, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ENNIS, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET F, SLIDE 148, 149, 150 AND 151, MAP RECORDS, ELLIS COUNTY, TEXAS.
The Petition alleges that the record owner of the property, Arthur S. Holliday, is deceased and that some of the Heirs, Assigns, and Devisees are Unknown.
