PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Article 3.04.009(8) Prohibited Signs, Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilmer, in order to construct a pole sign for a commercial business located at 3700 N. Interstate Highway 45, Wilmer, Texas 75172 and being further described as Parcel ID No. 65076744010050000, DCAD, Dallas County, Texas.
Case No. V-25-01 (Variance Request)
The previous public hearing date of July 17, 2025, for this variance has been changed to August 7, 2025.
The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 6:45 p.m.
