The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) issued a Categorical Exclusion from a full environmental review on May 8, 2025, for the D Bar B Water and Wastewater Supply Corporation, Emergency Generator for Drinking Water System Project, Dallas County, Texas, Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, TWDB Project No. 63030.
