INVITATION FOR BIDS
Bid Package for Heirloom Lift Station and Force Main
Sealed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction on behalf of Highland Lakes Municipal Utility District No. 1A, Highland Lakes Municipal Utility District No. 1B,Highland Lakes Municipal Utility District No. 1C and FM 875 Municipal Utility District of Ellis County(“Owner”) via their engineer, Kimley-Hornand Associates, Inc. at 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, TX 75034 until 1:00 PM on June 5, 2025, and then publicly opened and read,for the work necessary for the Lift Station and Force Main of Heirloom Phase 1A, 1B, and 1C in Midlothian ETJ, Texas.
Certified/Cashier’s check or acceptable bidder’s bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.
