Let me begin by citing a CNN poll. I know fake news is rampant, but at least half the people in America still only believe it’s true if one of the mainstream media propaganda machines spits it out.
So, here’s one for you. CNN recently reported 56% of Americans (up from 36% in 2016) want every single illegal deported.
Do you believe that?
So, from there let’s go down the rabbit hole that is the love affair between Maryland Democratic Senator Chris Van Hollen (who no one had ever heard of before this little stunt) and Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
All I know is HONEY, I wish you’d look at me the way Van Hollen was looking at Garcia while whispering “Baby, I’m going to get you out of here, I promise.”
And then, there were the margaritas.
To be fair, Van Hollen did say the margaritas were a surprise and were left unsipped.
Another surprise was that apparently during this little photo op of the two men, a photographer snapped Garcia’s MS-13 tattoo.
Let’s chat about that tattoo.
One woman familiar with the gang tattoo culture explained it. To be fair, if anyone reading this has or knows someone who has an MS-13 tattoo and wants to correct me on the significance, I humbly acquiesce.
The tattoo is located on Garcia’s hand. The marijuana leaf stands for the M, the skull in the middle finger stands for the S and the 1 and 3 clearly stands for 13.
It was also explained that Garcia’s wife (who is now defending him, which wouldn’t that be perjury to change her spousal abuse story) detailed in the past horrific things he had done to her; bleeding, black eyes and photos and video to back it up. There are also court documents that outline Garcia is part of MS-13 as confirmed by other gang members.
And I believe spousal abuse by an illegal is grounds for deportation.
Don’t believe me, or the Sheriff in Maryland who said he is “1000% sure Garcia is a MS-13 gang member. He is a domestic violence abuser and, in our community, working with ICE we would screen him and hopefully they would decide to take removal proceedings. He has been through removal proceedings before and he was asked to be removed and yet he was still here.”
It was also confirmed as the blue people are stating correctly the Supreme Court did say if El Salvador releases Garcia, the US must facilitate his trip back. Apparently, the El Salvadorian President Nayib Bukele is not planning to allow Garcia’s senseless return.
Also note, the Supreme Court never said Garcia was NOT part of MS-13.
I’m fully aware of the cries regarding Garcia’s due process. I also know that yes, it’s true even an illegal person does have rights to a day in court in the US.
However, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller’s comments to the press confirmed Garcia did receive due process.
Talking to journalists he asked, “Can anyone here tell me what would happen to the illegal alien from El Salvador if he came back to the United States?”
Crickets!
“Do you know the difference between a deportation order and a withholding order,” Miller ask.
Miller was surprised not one journalist had done their research asking, “You couldn’t even spend 72 hours over the weekend to learn the distinction, even though you’ve been writing and talking about this the whole time?”
The journalists did agree Garcia is an illegal alien.
They then began parroting “due process.”
Miller explained “He did go through the process. What I’m getting from this conversation – which is educational for me – is that not one person in the media knows the difference between a deportation order and a withholding order.”
More crickets.
“A deportation order is when a judge says he must be deported from the country and he has no right to remain here any longer,” Miller explained. “His only options are to be deported to his home country or another country, that is it. He does not get to stay here, he does not get to live here, he has no future here, he has no right to be here. He is an illegal alien. So, when you keep saying return because you have been listening to the open borders advocates you all seem to be operating under the idea he would be able to come to the United States and just live here illegally. That is not an option available to him.”
Silence!
I bet that wasn’t on the mainstream media dump reporting either, was it?
The press was also apparently silent when Patty Morin spoke (Rachel’s mother who was brutally murdered by an illegal immigrant in Van Hollen’s Maryland). She asked why her own senator barely acknowledged her daughter’s brutal death but instead used taxpayer’s money to fly to El Salvador to bring back someone who is not an American citizen (and is a gang banger).
Fair question.
And lest you doubt, the trip money was taxpayer’s dollars Van Hollen admitted it himself when asked by a reporter.
He said, “This was an officially cleared congressional trip” (research misappropriations).
The reporter confirmed, “So taxpayer dollars” and Van Hollen said “Yes.”
Van Hollen made me laugh when he said, “This is what bullies do when picking on the most vulnerable (as in Garcia).”
Dude! That rhetoric is a fail, and I don’t think the face of a MS-13 gang member is the best option for the battle cry for justice for the vulnerable.
How about the vulnerable in American like those still with no homes in North Carolina (re; Hurricane Helene) or women raped and murdered by illegal gang members who likely saw them as prey and “vulnerable,” before doing the unthinkable.
Do any of you care about that?
Border Czar Tom Homan reminded that Van Hollen didn’t care – and he didn’t vote for the Laken Riley Act to protect American citizens against illegal gang members.
There is also a strong chance Van Hollen forgot to have his staffers do their research and find the Logan Act 18 US code 953 from 1799 stating, “No US citizen without authority can communicate with a foreign government to influence their decisions in a dispute with the United States.”
Spoiler Alert: Van Hollen, a US senator (you) does not have that executive authority.
Was that an oversight or diplomatic interference?
Let’s also remember Garcia had previously been found by two judges to be a member of MS-13 with a deportation order that had been upheld by an appellate court.
Look this one up and see if you can argue it.
Apparently on April 18, 2025, there was a letter from the House of Representatives Chairman of Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, James Comer to Robert Garcia and Maxwell Frost, both members of Congress. This was in response to their letter of April 15, 2025, requesting that Comer approve the committee’s budget for official travel by both men to El Salvador to meet with “a foreign MS-13 gang member.”
Comer goes on to mention the crimes Garcia is responsible for and writes “It is absurd that you both displayed active hostility for over two years toward the committee’s oversight of the Biden Border Crisis and the consequences of millions of illegal aliens entering the country, yet now you are seeking travel at the committee’s expense to meet with foreign gang members.”
Comer mentions Van Hollen’s little visit and the yummy margaritas on display and tells both men to use their own money for a visit adding, “Your request is denied.”
Looks like proper letterhead, sounds like commonsense.
Final Analysis: if the Dems really want to make Garcia the hill they want to die on for team blue as a “picture of America’s freedom stolen” as stated by Chris Cuomo, you had to know this isn’t going to look great.
