TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND PARTIES:

Holcim – SOR, Inc., has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for an Air Quality Standard Permit, Registration No. 173154L002, which would authorize construction of a concrete batch plant located using the following directions: From the intersection of North Elm Street and Business 287, head South on South Elm Street for 0.46 miles. Then turn South onto Highway 77 and continue for 1.4 miles. Turn left onto an unnamed road and continue for 0.1 miles. The facility will be on the right., Waxahachie, Ellis County, Texas 75165. This application is being processed in an expedited manner, as allowed by the commission’s rules in 30 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 101, Subchapter J.
