The real threat to our democracy lies in misinformation

Where do I begin this week?

Ukraine perhaps?

I was surprised Ukraine is building a nice little ski resort during the middle of a war, did you know?

And for all my lefties out there, far-left The Hill had a whopper of an opinion piece last week stating Trump was correct about Ukraine (thehill.com/opinion/international/5158433-trump-has-always-been-correct-about-ukraine-and-is-right-to-put-zelensky-on-the-spot) – an interesting read.

Maybe I can talk about DOGE.

More money uncovered and cancelled recently.

Money that appeared to be going to a variety of wayward causes like $10M to Mozambique’s voluntary male circumcision, $7M for UC Berkley to develop a cohort of Cambodian youth with enterprise-driven skills, and $14M for improving public procurement in Serbia.

I’m aware many people are all in for this spending. I’m certain there are more people however, who are not for it.

While we’re on DOGE, let’s talk about the Elon Musk/Tesla hate.

There’s a lot of confusion about this one.

Did the blue people do their research before they began the onslaught of vandalism we’ve seen in the last month?

In case you’ve been slumbering and are clueless on these latest shenanigans: www.cbsnews.com/news/tesla-violence-protest-elon-musk

People are getting jail time for their part in the party too. I wonder if 20 years is worth that sort of hate.

The good news for all those who have been caught vandalizing (spoiler alert, there are cameras on Tesla vehicles so your happy little mug is front and center when the police are looking) well, at least if you go to jail you won’t have to endure the Trump administration the next four years.

I mentioned the senseless Tesla vandalism to one person and after their head spun around a few times like in The Exorcist, they said “well what about J6?”

No comment – best we all do our own research on that one.

It comes down to watching the footage, gulping up the mainstream media narrative, or just don’t mention it (preferred) because you sound uninformed.

By the way, the Musk haters destroying Tesla vehicles do know it’s their fellow blue compadres that own these vehicles, right?

I wonder if this was an inside job for the oil companies to get rid of the electric vehicle craze?

And everyone is aware Musk only owns about 13% of Tesla these days, right?

I guess Minnesota’s Tim Walz didn’t realize this when he was doing his aimless happy dance as Tesla’s stock dropped.

Problem is his message was a slap in the face to his constituents (www.fox9.com/news/gov-walz-walks-back-tesla-comments-owners-face-vandalism).

Now he says he was joking. You can’t make this stuff up.

Then there’s the compromised Federal Judge, James Boesberg. I’m not saying judges don’t have the authority by law to block a president’s order, as I don’t know the law on that topic.

Read www.usconstitution.net/judicial-authority-over-trumps-agenda, which states, “Federal courts have oversight powers rooted in the U.S. Constitution. Judicial authority, especially concerning injunctions against executive actions, draws from Article III.

“Judicial review serves as a check on the executive branch, preventing any overreach that might infringe on constitutional laws or rights.”

Either way, Boesberg should have stepped aside since his family had everything to gain from that plane carrying illegals he demanded be turned around.

That would be called CONFLICT OF INTEREST judge, since your daughter works for an NGO who gives criminal illegals/gang members legal advice. And, his wife is apparently the founder of an abortion NGO indirectly funded by USAID and George Soros.

If the blue people had really wanted a bang for their buck, they should have called on a judge whose ties weren’t quite as obvious.

Mike Davis, the chief council for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee who has the oversight portfolio over the federal judiciary and clerked on the Supreme Court and the 10th Circuit said Boesberg should be “arrested for interfering in official acts, obstructing justice, and treason.”

Should President Trump have invoked the 1798 statute Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal migrants, foreign terrorists, and Trende de Aragua members to El Salvador?

That is an opinion, not a fact, and depends on the side of the aisle you are living on these days.

It also depends on if you think it’s okay for gang members and illegals to go ahead and set up camp in your neighborhood.

I am certain of one thing – not one gang member or illegal who came across to do harm cares if you’re blue or red. You’re the only one who cares – they would just as well cut your throat if necessary.

You do know to be part of Tren de Aragua and other gang affiliations – in some cases you must kill a family member to qualify?

When Trump spoke on the matter, he said he believed he did have the right to round up and deport the folks who were sent to El Salvador.

I am paraphrasing, but the bottom line of his message,“If Biden let them into the country unvetted and unchecked then he could deport them unvetted and unchecked.”

Tit for tat – and I’m fairly sure I know who has the upper hand on this one.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer seemed to think he had a rather good upper hand recently with a plan in place to be rid of Trump. That is, until he explained it so clearly he admitted he was breaking federal law while doing a television interview.

Schumer was boasting, “The good news is we did put 235 judges – progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump last year, and they are ruling against Trump time after time.”

He said, “In New York, we have people going to the Republican districts and going after these Republicans who are voting for this and forcing them to either change their vote or face the consequences.”

Yeah, Chuck, what are those consequences you speak of? Sounds more like a mobster meeting in the back room. And it is a big-time federal crime forcing people to change their vote.

An act from 1965 stated that people are not allowed to intimidate, threaten or coerce anyone to interfere with their vote including elected officials.

No matter the side of the aisle, try this: Control your mind. Stop reacting and chasing distractions and instead look at everything objectively. Learn to see the propaganda for what it is and see through the fear tactics and narrative.

Ask yourself, who benefits from my fear? Have you noticed fear is the first step to having your rights taken away?

Look for the third option – not just the ones given.

Research and make your own conclusions.

Think in silence and silence your fears to see through a critical lens.

Dump the media narrative because you are not a sheep.

When you see how the game is played, you can exit the game and reclaim your mind.
