REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING,  

SURVEYING AND RELATED SERVICES FOR CINNAMON SPRINGS WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT

The City of Glenn Heights, Texas is accepting qualifications for highly qualified, capable and experienced professional service firms to provide professional services for the Cinnamon Springs Waterline Replacement Project in the City’s Capital Improvements Plan. Sealed qualification packages shall be received by the Finance Director located in the City Hall Building at 1938 S Hampton Road Bldg. C, Glenn Heights, Texas, 75154, prior to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 10, 2025. 

RFQ documents are available without charge at the City of Glenn Heights City Engineer’s Office, 1938, S. Hampton Rd, Bldg C, Glenn Heights, Texas 75154 as well as the City’s website:  https://glennheightstx.gov/Bids.aspx. It is the sole responsibility of all interested parties, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the RFQ, to periodically check for addenda via the City’s website.  

A voluntary pre-submittal meeting will be held virtually through Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
