PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code, §2306.67071(b), the Wilmer City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for a Letter of No Objection for a proposed development for affordable rental housing of 300 units that will be located at 1501 E. Beltline Rd. in the City of Wilmer and Torrington Wilmer, LP has advised that it intends to submit an application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for 2025 Housing Tax Credits and Private Activity Bond funds for Torrington Wilmer.
The public hearing and possible consideration/action, on this request will be held before the Wilmer City Council.
