Location: Third Street from Dallas Avenue to College Street
Bid Submission Deadline: Monday 12/23 at 2:00 PM
Project Description: Installation of approximately 600 LF of 8” PVC water line with asphalt paving along Third Street in Wilmer, TX.
Bid Documents: Bid documents can be obtained from CivCast starting on Wednesday 11/27.
All documents and data for the project can be viewed at 128 N. Dallas Avenue, Wilmer, TX 75172. No hard copies will be provided.
Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday 12/10 virtually on Microsoft Teams. Attendance is optional.
Submission of Bids: Sealed bids must be submitted to CivCast by Monday 12/23 at 2:00 PM. Late bids will not be accepted.
Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:30 PM on Monday 12/23 at Wilmer City Hall - 128 N. Dallas Avenue, Wilmer, TX 75172 and virtually on Microsoft Teams.
