MIDLOTHIAN - Midlothian Police Department placed second in the State of Texas and 12 in the nation for their National Night Out 2023 event held back several months ago.
The PD had Spider Man in attendance as well as a plenty of food, entertainment, and community pride.
“We are so proud of receiving this award for National Night Out,” said Midlothian Police Chief Scott Brown. “It is a reflection of the hard work of our crime prevention staff, and our department as a whole. But it is also a reflection on the community. This award belongs to the citizens of Midlothian. Without active participation from our neighborhoods, we could not achieve this honor. We are blessed to be able to serve such an active and caring community.”
