The real threat to our democracy lies in misinformation

Sometimes, information that comes my way is just so interesting I pass it on.

You won’t read it in mainstream media.

I recently saw an interview with a man from the US Air Force – William Pawelec.

A computer operations and programming specialist who gave an interview in 2001 at a Press Club Disclosure event.

He asked it not to be released until after his death.

He died in 2007, and years later the interview was released.

Quite the interesting interview if you are even the slightest bit curious about the United States black budget money and where your taxpayer dollars go.

According to Wired Magazine (www.wired.com/2012/02/pentagons-black-budget) in 2012 the military’s black budget was about $51 billion, down from $56 billion, norm the prior two years.

Has anyone noticed it seems the information we get now has accelerated x10 since the COVID experiment.

The experiment that opened floodgates to the good, the bad and the ugly.

Hidden truths about government, the scandalous amount of money being spent, and other dark not so sci-fi intel.

It was hard to find anything about black budgets in recent articles (perhaps since Black Rock, Vanguard and State Street took over the media – another covert action people look at me like I have two heads when I explain, but I digress).

I did find a May 2023 piece (www.rollcall.com/2023/05/23/hill-favored-projects-called-defense-budgets-black-hole) outlining a bit of what Americans definitely do not know: “To be sure, Congress has a duty to write defense spending bills as it sees fit…”

That article seemed to be more about the black hole of defense spending without the mention the black hole is in the black budget.

Example, what about programs we are not told the outcomes?

Ever heard of projects with code names like the “RETRACT JUNIPER” and “LINK PLUMERIA.”

According to William Pawelec, “We have at least four power groups in the world – they have wealth beyond all imagination, and they have advanced technologies.

“They have taken over various programs, particularly black programs within our government, and probably even the Russian and the Chinese government.

“Politics to them as we know it is not the same. They have agendas totally unlike we perceive our government’s agendas are.

“They are able to track unbelievably what is going on around them at a minute level.

“My friends and I have given them names, but they have no relevance to what they call themselves.

“We simply call them the four horsemen.

“These horsemen work together at times, and they work against each other at times and there is an ongoing battle between them at a low level to who is going to be top dog in the world.

“The one commonality to all four appears to be an absolute desire for control of everything.

“Some of them have different basis for this. Each of them has their own philosophy and that core root philosophy guides them supposedly in their actions.

“There is a lot of work going on in the aerospace industry that would indicate we have black projects that have gone darker.

“There is work being done on electrocauterization and the scaler technology, we don’t even think those in congress or even in the military who approve black budgets are aware.

“They have been taken offline and funded through some other mechanism.

“I know of one black project that got billions of extra dollars in the 80s and I was quietly told it never went over budget by more than a million.

“Billions of monies funneled through that black project onto something else, that was Northrop Grumman.

“If we really want to find out what is going on out there legitimately or illegitimately in the black project arena, we need to modify the FOIA regulations to have no loopholes and to require that all government contractors, even black, are required to submit information through the FOIA system because right now it is a giant back door to purposely ignore the request of Congress or the public.”

Indeed, the implications are profound. We have known for years there are players at the top who are so “at the top” they could care less about fame, instead eyeing only the “power.”

And that only scratches the surface.

And for those of you who have no idea what a black budget is, it is defined as “a covert appropriation in a government budget classified for security reasons and allocated for classified or other secret operations involving spending related to military research and covert operations.”

From Wired Magazine, “The Pentagon has another “classified” budget line with the money to show for it, but the dollar-amounts don’t match the individual projects.

In other words, the exact amount the Pentagon spends on its black projects may, in fact, be a mystery even to itself.”

Now you know, or do you?
