WILMER MAYOR FILES ON PATEL

WILMER – An affidavit in support of substitute service was filed in a court case between Sheila Petta and Heran Patel on Aug. 8, in the Court of the 14th District in Dallas County.

Petta, the plaintiff in the case, is the mayor of Wilmer.
The citation and petition was to be delivered to Patel. 

There were two unsuccessful attempts made to a Rowlett address on Aug, 11 and 12 to serve the paperwork. 

Patel disagreed with council decisions to extend Wilmer’s City Limits in their Extraterrestrial Jurisdiction earlier this year.

He was escorted from a Wilmer council meeting earlier this year for causing a disruption.
