GLENN HEIGHTS – For all the electric car owners in Ellis County Dallas Area Rapid Transit recently installed electric vehicle charging stations at the Glenn Heights Park & Ride location.
“By bringing these electric vehicle charging stations to an area that doesn’t have this service, DART is implementing sustainable technologies across our service area.” Nadine Lee, said DART president & CEO.
Through a DART collaboration with the North Central Texas Council of Governments, these electric vehicle charging stations were made possible for installation at the Glenn Heights Park & Ride station at 1200 E Bear Creek Road.
“We will continue to work with other agencies, stakeholders, and organizations to find opportunities to bring improvements to our riders and communities,” Lee added.
