Women found deceased in Ennis

ENNIS – A 36-year-old woman, Jenna Nicole Rejcek, 36 was found dead in a home in Ennis earlier this week according to the Ennis Police Department.

The Ennis PD did not reveal the woman’s cause of death, but did say they responded to a “call of an unresponsive female on Linda Drive.”

Police also did not comment if the home on Linda Drive in Ennis was Rejcek’s residence.

They did reveal that upon arrival, police found the woman deceased. They did not reveal how long she had been dead inside the house.

“We are actively investigating this death,” an Ennis PD Facebook post indicated. “We are early on in this investigation and will provide updates as appropriate.”

Ellis County Sheriff Brad Norman and his team at the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office were also thanked for their help in the investigation.
