WAXAHACIE – The Ellis County Commissioner’s Court voted in favor of issuing a county burn ban in their meeting held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022.
Effective immediately, Ellis County is under a burn ban.
This includes all unincorporated areas of Ellis County.
Please note that July 4th fireworks are exempted from the burn ban if they comply with all relevant regulations.
