WILMER – For Wilmer residents and those traveling through the city, take note that the next eight weeks there will be a community road reconstruction project in the works.
At South Miller Road from Pleasant Run Road and South Goode Road from the Southern portion of Eddie Bernice Johnson Elementary to Mars Road – these roads will be closed to traffic.
A resolution for the road work passed by the City Council in April of this year with a cost not to exceed $498,783.
Please make plans for an alternate route during the next eight weeks of the road construction.
