    WILMER – The City of Wilmer was the recipient of a mask delivery last week at Wilmer’s City Hall.

    “Thank you to our State Representative, Carl Sherman for gifting 6,000 masks to our Police, Fire and Senior Services Department,” Wilmer Mayor Sheila Petta said after the mask distribution.

    A representative from Sherman’s office, staff member Jewel Manzay, was on hand to deliver the masks as Petta and the city’s fire department received the mask drop off.

    Sherman’s office also distributed masks to the emergency workers in the city of Hutchins, Lancaster and Glenn Heights last week and have more masks to distribute in the weeks ahead.
