Members of the Red Oak Area Chamber of Commerce, Red Oak City of Parks and Recreation, City of Red Oak, Directors of the Red Oak Pee Wee Football/Cheer Association and special guests were on-hand Saturday, Oct. 24 at the Live Oak Football & Soccer field. They held their official ribbon cutting event on the newly revamped football field.
The City of Red Oak put in place major updates to the complex during 2020, including field leveling, irrigation, proper drainage and new sod.
There were also some upgrades to the equipment and concession building with more upgrades to be completed.
The ribbon cutting took place between the 8u and 10u Tackle Division football games.
