FORNEY – Ethan Hall ran for three touchdowns and 142 yards as Midlothian wore down the home team after Forney took a 13-8 lead in the first quarter.
Xavionte Jackson caught two scoring passes from Nicholas De Los Santos in the second quarter to give Midlothian (2-0) a 21-13 halftime lead.
After Hill scored the game’s first touchdown, Jayln Phillips tied the game. Midlothian blocked the point after touchdown, and Riley Angel dashed the length of the field for an 8-6 lead.
Forney (0-2) took its only lead on quarterback Jake White’s 67-yard run.
