10 a.m.: Committee crew arrives to finish setup.
11 a.m.: Vendors and DJ setup.
11:30 to 11:45 a.m.: Parade line up.
12 p.m.: Parade.
12 to 12:30 p.m.: Volunteers for crafts/Santa/refreshments at stations in event tent.
1 p.m.: Event tent opens.
1 to 3:30 p.m.: Crafts and refreshments served.
2 to 4 p.m.: Santa photo opportunity (Families to furnish own cameras).
4 to 5:30 p.m.: Face painting in the Gazebo.
5:30 p.m.: Tree lighting.
