    FERRIS – Has anyone noticed every day in the afternoon, the weather comes rolling through North Texas with big clouds that produce rainstorms, lightning, hail and thunder – just as the sun seems to be setting?

    Folks, that’s spring around here – the Texas way. 

    And as summer is just days away, it will be no different this coming week, with temperatures in the 70s in the evenings moving into the 100s as we progress closer to the first day of summer next week. 

    Expect partly cloudy skies and some muggy mornings and afternoons, with afternoon showers and thunderstorms always the potential as we close out the weather week leading up to Father’s Day on Sunday.
