TCD members took on the role of Santa’s helpers to collect toys and donations for North Ellis County Outreach. The annual event provides needy families with Christmas gifts. Denis Butler, director, will distribute the gifts according to need. NECO is located 403 S. State Highway 342, in Red Oak with a satellite office in Ferris at 205 South Main Street.
