Red Oak data center tax abatement agreement request withdrawn

ELLIS COUNTY – A request relating to a data center was withdrawn from the Ellis County Commissioners’ Court June 23 meeting.

The request was for a 30-day notice for a public meeting regarding a data center to be in Red Oak.

It was a tax abatement agreement submitted by Compass Datacenters DFW IV, LLC, for property located within Red Oak’s Reinvestment Zone No. 15.

The item was withdrawn by the applicant and therefore removed from the agenda and will not be considered by the court.
