Primary voting season campaigns begin

ELLIS COUNTY – The big 2024. We have been talking about it for a while now and regarding elections, the presidential election is the big elephant in the room.

With states around the country making landmark decisions about who can and can’t be on the ballot well, in my mind it is akin to that saying “Let the games begin.”

Here in Ellis County, let’s just say our politicians will have the decency on a local, state and national level to run a decent campaign and keep the tomfoolery out of it.

Here is the roundup of the March 5, 2024 primaries and candidates Democratic (one for a US seat) and Republican.
