Lancaster – Providence McNeill, a 16-year-old Black Female was initially reported as a runaway on Sunday, June 27.
After a thorough investigation, it was determined on Thursday, July 1, McNeill was missing and considered high risk and in danger due to mental health concerns.
McNeill was last seen in Lancaster wearing a white headband, black short sleeve shirt, flip flops and black sweatpants with a pink hoodie tied around her waist.
