ELLIS COUNTY – In a plea to every mayor and county judge in Texas, State Rep. Brian Harrison (R-10) requested each to ban COVID vaccine mandates in their jurisdiction.
Harrison’s office stated since the Texas House failed to pass a comprehensive ban this session, Texans are still subject to the tyrannical mandates.
“Since the leadership of the Texas House chose to deprive 30 million Texans of medical freedom by keeping COVID mandates in Texas, I am encouraging local officials to step up and protect their citizens from tyrannical COVID vaccine mandates,” Harrison explained.
“I am proud to lead the fight to bring medical freedom back to Texas and am excited to see cities and counties act.”
Harrison filed the Texas COVID Vaccine Freedom Act in October 2021, with a repeat filing in November 2022. If the bill had passed, it would have banned COVID-19 vaccine mandates
