Ferris City Manager Williams named to NCTCOG Public Works Council

FERRIS – Ferris City Manager Brooks Williams was recently named to the North Central Texas Council of Governments Public Works Council.

While sitting on the NCTCOG Public Works Council, Williams will represent the entire Southeast Dallas Subregion which includes Balch Springs, Combine, Ferris, Hutchins, Lancaster, Seagoville and Wilmer. 

“I am excited to be appointed to the NCTCG, and believe there is much work we can do to improve the lives of North Texans through the work we can get done in the coming year,” Williams said.

“Specifically on the Public Works Council, members provide the expertise and support needed on the many public works issues that need to be addressed in North Texas.”
