FERRIS – At the last city council meeting, Green Funeral Home presented Ferris City Manager Brooks Williams a plague recognizing his hard work.
The plaque read, “On behalf of Green Funeral Home, the residents of Ferris, Texas, Ellis County and beyond, we wish to recognize the hard work and persistence of our city manager, Mr. Brooks M. Williams, for bringing the monoclonal antibody treatment center to the scout house here in Ferris, where countless lives have been positively impacted by the life saving antibody treatment for COVID-19.”
