Ferris’ Beatrice Wallace interviewed by WBAP 820 AM

FERRIS – Bill Kinder, host of the popular nationally syndicated Big Billy Kinder Outdoors radio program, interviewed Beatrice Wallace at her estate home in Ferris recently.

The programs airs at 5 a.m. on WBAP, 820 AM.

Wallace is the first woman interviewed on his show because of her hunting experience. She is the first woman to complete the “Big 5” game safari in Africa.

She is also the first and only woman appointed to the National Fish and Wildlife Commission. She also served as chairman doing her tenure.

She was also the first woman on the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission, Texas Commission for the Arts and vice-chair of OKC Junior League.
