OVILLA – Ovilla Heritage Day 2023 was a great success in the words of Ovilla Mayor Richard Dormier.
“The parade was one of the largest we have seen,” Dormier said.
“We had a huge crowd full of kids downtown from FM 664 all the way to city hall.
“We honored Rachel Huber and the Ovilla Service League celebrating 50 years of service to our community.
“Many thanks to our staff for their hard work planning and participating in this annual event.”
The celebration was held behind Ovilla City Hall following the parade, with live music, games, arts, crafts, vendors, and a variety of food.
