In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearing to consider a request for a variance to Article 3.04.009(8) Prohibited Signs, Code of Ordinances of the City of Wilmer, in order to construct a pole sign for a commercial business located at 3700 N. Interstate Highway 45, Wilmer, Texas 75172 and being further described as Parcel ID No. 65076744010050000, DCAD, Dallas County, Texas. Case No. V-25-01 (Variance Request)
The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 6:45 p.m.
