In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for an existing trucking facility for property generally located at Interstate 45, north of Johnson Street.
The subject property is further addressed as 605 N. Interstate Highway 45, Wilmer, Texas 75172, with parcel ID # 65060213010150000.
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
