PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a Tire shop for property located at 915 S. I-45, Wilmer, Texas. The subject property is further described as Lots 8 and 9, Block 2 in the Kissell Dale 4 Addition consisting of approximately .64 acres.
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
