PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a (Travel Center OR Convenience Store with Gasoline Sales) for property generally located at Interstate 45 and North Goode Road.
The subject property is further described as Tract 1, Lot 2 Block A IN 16D45 Addition plat thereof, recorded 202300031840 DCAD Account #540000500A0020000.
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
