PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION and CITY COUNCIL
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for a Zoning request from SF-1 (Single Family residential) and NZ (No Zoning) to I-1 (Light Industrial) for property generally located at South of Greene Road; north of Beltline Road and East of Sunrise Road.
The subject property is further described as Tracts 5.1 and 13.1 of the James Chapman Survey, Abstract No. 379 consisting of approximately 29.523 acres.
The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
