PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL 

CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request on one tract of land totaling 8.42 acres to rezone the subject property to Light Industrial (I1) District. 

The subject property is generally located on the east side of Interstate Hwy 45, north of Beltline Road. The property being described as Tract 27.1 Parcel ID No. 6506028730010270100 out of the Wesley W. Harvin Survey, Abstract 602, Page 130 City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas 

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this Future Land Use Map and Zoning change will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.

The second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this Future Land Use Map and Zoning change will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
