PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION AND CITY COUNCIL

CITY OF WILMER, TEXAS

 

In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and  the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct a public hearing to consider a request on a tract of land totaling 69.384 acres to rezone the subject property to Planned Development (PD) to allow a Mixed Use development (including Single family uses, Townhome uses, Retail, Office/warehouse – flex space, multifamily, and hotel use) .  

The subject property is generally located on the east side of Interstate Hwy 45, north of Beltline Road, directly adjacent to Copart. The property being described as Tract 16 Parcel ID No. 65161206510160000 out of the C. A. Warfield Abstract 1612, Page 065, City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas.

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this Future Land Use Map and Zoning change will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.

The second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this Future Land Use Map and Zoning change will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
