NOTIFICATION UPDATE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas, will hold a public hearing to consider the following items:
Conduct a public hearing and take appropriate action regarding a request by Sprio Trajcevski, for a variance from the City of Ferris Zoning regulations Chapter 154.015, to reduce the minimum lot width from 35 feet to 30 feet and reduction of rear yard setback from 25ft to 15ft on detached zero lot line townhouse lots for property zoned R-T Residential Townhome District-Cluster. The 20.24-acre property is located in the Mason Phelps survey 824, E-CAD property #188922, City of Ferris, Ellis County, Texas.
The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on these requests will be held before the Ferris City Council on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Historic Scout House, located at 514 South Mable Street in Ferris, Texas 75125.
All persons interested in the proposed requests are invited to attend the public hearing and to provide their comments at that time.
