PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
City of Wilmer, Texas
In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Board of Adjustment of the City of Wilmer, Texas, will conduct a public hearing to consider a request of Brian Straley, applicant, for a variance to Section 21 (A) (4.1) (a) Supplementary Regulations, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Wilmer, in order to construct two (2) 8-foot decorative metal fence sections and two (2) decorative metal entrance gates in the front yard for an existing warehouse, located at 200 Dalport Parkway, Wilmer, Texas, and being further described as Dalport Trade Center Ph 1 Site B, LT 1 ACS 26.8173, Parcel ID No. 54004200000010000, Dallas County, Texas.
Case No. V-25-04 (Variance Request).
The purpose of this request is to allow the construction of two (2) 8-foot decorative metal fence sections and two (2) decorative metal entrance gates in the front yard, which is currently prohibited for certain commercial uses located in the I1, Light Industrial zoning.
The public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this variance request will be held before the Wilmer Board of Adjustment on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
