Pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Property Code, Ideal Self Storage-Ennis, located at 2312 N Preston St, Ennis TX 75119, is having an online auction to satisfy a landlord's lien.

The sale will be held at storageauctions.com, beginning Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 11 A.M. and ending Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 11 A.M. Seller reserves the right to withdraw any property upon full payment.
