NOTICE OF EASEMENT OFFERED
Ferris Independent School District hereby gives notice of offer of an easement and solicitation of sealed bids and/or offers to exchange.
The easement, including attendant rights and privileges, is for utilities, drainage, and related improvements across/under FISD property generally, generally described as a .028 acre tract located along the northbound frontage of I-45, south of E. 8th Street.
The property currently contains a billboard.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS ARE CONTAINED IN THE BID PACKET MATERIALS
Sealed bids/offers are due by 12/10/2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST by mail or in person in a sealed envelope or packet marked “RFP #2025.11-13, Ferris ISD Easement,” at 301 E. 5th Street, Ferris, TX 75125.
The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids/offers in the best interest of the District and to waive all formalities with respect thereto.
