FERRIS INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
Proposals for the Ferris ISD Longino & McDonald ES Site Improvements will be received until Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m, by email to bids@jacksonconstruction.com. A site visit will be scheduled in the next couple of weeks.
This upcoming project includes drainage, erosion, and parking improvements for two elementaries in Ferris ISD at Longino and McDonald Elementary Schools. The last day of school is May 22nd, 2026, and construction will need to be completed by August 7, 2026.
Notification through Smartbidnet will go out as soon as the plans are available for download. For information on receiving plans, contact JD Hale at bids@jacksonconstruction.com.
Ferris ISD and Jackson Construction Co., Inc. reserve the right to award the contract on any basis deemed in their best interest. They also reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any formalities.
