In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas, will consider and take action on the following item:
1. In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the City Council of the City of Ferris, Texas will consider and take action on a request initiated by Nicholas Petroff for a rezoning from Residential (R-2) to Commercial Office (CO) for a property located at 103 S Baker, Ellis County, City of Ferris, Texas, 75125, ECAD ID# 162754.
Consideration/action, on this request will be held before the City Council on Monday, November 10th, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Historic Scout House, located at 514 South Mable Street in Ferris, Texas 75125.
