In accordance with Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Planning & Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of Wilmer, Texas will conduct public hearings to consider a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the development and use of a Commercial Dairy Processing Plant on property generally located at 37 Beltline Rd (DCAD ID #54000500000370000), 200 Ferris St (DCAD ID #65050539010160000), 219 S Dallas Ave (DCAD ID #54000500000390000), and 241 S Dallas Ave (DCAD ID #65050539010190000), City of Wilmer, Dallas County, Texas. Consisting of approximately 9.96 acres and containing four (4) lots.

Case No. (CP-26-002) (Conditional Use Permit)

The first public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.

A second public hearing, and possible consideration/action, on this zoning request will be held before the Wilmer City Council on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
